We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Memoranda on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app beyond what's permitted by the app store you downloaded it from.
Everything you add to Memoranda — quotes, passages, and any other content you create — is yours. Since it's stored only on your device, you're responsible for keeping your own backups; Memoranda doesn't provide cloud sync or recovery if you lose access to your device.
Please don't use Memoranda for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.
Memoranda is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored locally on your device.
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Memoranda anytime by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion.
